As a follow-up to our release from earlier this month, customers can now be notified via email anytime a new insight or file is available in their account. The Traffic Cloud Update is sent to all Traffic Cloud users detailing any new insight, product recommendations, enhanced display targeting file, and/or strategic deliverable has been created. To manage email notifications preferences, users can click the link at the bottom of their email, or log in to the Traffic Cloud and navigate to Settings > Notifications. On this page are preferences for each type of insight and file. User can opt in/out of each type. When a new item has been created in the last 24 hours, users will receive an email at 8:00 AM notifying them of this and directing them where to learn more.

NEW Traffic > Explore and Search > Explore pages

We are excited to announce a new version of the Traffic > Explore and Search > Explore pages. After collecting a lot of customer feedback, we have released a new experience that focuses on provides better insights around where you are winning and where your greatest opportunities for improvement lie. All Traffic Sources and search keywords show metrics on the percentage of your total traffic comes from that source, the percentage received by the average competitor, and the net difference between those amounts. Using your conversion rate and average order values, you can also see the number of net conversions and revenue that you are gaining or losing in relation to the average competitors. We will be releasing a number of continued enhancements to these pages over the coming weeks and months, so please don't hesitate to share continued feedback with your Customer Success Manager.

Recommendations Pane

Customers now have a dedicated space to view all recommendations that they should take action on. These recommendations come from various data sources throughout the Traffic Cloud, and point you to actionable information that you can use to improve your marketing. When reviewing an recommendation, you can choose to mark it Completed once the recommended action has been completed, or Rejected if you choose not to act. Understanding which recommendations are most beneficial to you will help the Traffic Cloud improve the quality of its insights over time.

To access the Recommendations pane, simply click on the light bulb icon in the top right corner of Traffic Cloud.

Files Pane

Customers now have a dedicated space to view all files generated by the Traffic Cloud and deliverables from the DemandJump Customers Success team. There are three types of files available.

  • Product Recommendations: This is a weekly file that matches each of your email subscribers with the 10 products they are most likely to purchase. This list can then be uploaded to your email service provider and products can be recommended in your email newsletters. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager enable product recommendations in your account. A connection to your eCommerce platform is required.
  • Enhanced Display Targeting: Traffic Cloud users can request lists of the optimal websites to limit their ad placements to in order to maximize their goals. These lists are now delivered via the Files tab. To request your Enhanced Display Targeting list, navigate to Dispaly > Enhanced Targeting.
  • Strategic Deliverables: This is a file repository for all deliverables from your Strategic Marketing Advisor on the Customer Success team. You are able to Download these files to your computer, or Archive the files once you no longer need them.
