If you would like to add a new competitor all you need to do is email your Customer Success Manager with the URL of the new competitor you want to track and the channel you would like to track them within. Upon receipt, the Customer Success Manager will add them into the system within 2 business days. Depending on the channel, new data will begin being processed in Traffic Cloud® within a day. Depending on the channel, it may take up to 2 weeks to begin seeing data in Traffic Cloud®. Please note that additional charges may apply.
