Files

The Files pane is your dedicated space to view all files generated by the Traffic Cloud and deliverables from the DemandJump Customers Success team. There are three types of files available:

  • Product Recommendations: This is a weekly file that matches each of your email subscribers with the 10 products they are most likely to purchase. This list can then be uploaded to your email service provider and products can be recommended in your email newsletters. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager enable product recommendations in your account. A connection to your eCommerce platform is required.
  • Enhanced Display Targeting: Traffic Cloud users can request lists of the optimal websites to limit their ad placements to in order to maximize their goals. These lists are now delivered via the Files tab. To request your Enhanced Display Targeting list, navigate to Dispaly > Enhanced Targeting.
  • Strategic Deliverables: This is a file repository for all deliverables from your Strategic Marketing Advisor on the Customer Success team. You are able to Download these files to your computer, or Archive the files once you no longer need them.


To download a file:

  • Click on the File icon at the top right corner of the Traffic Cloud to expand the Files pane
  • Select the the type of file you are looking for
  • Click the cloud icon to download the file


To archive a file to remove it from view:

  • Click on the File icon at the top right corner of the Traffic Cloud to expand the Files pane
  • Select the the type of file you are looking for
  • Locate the file you want to archive
  • Click the More Actions icon
  • Click Archive
  • The file will be moved to the Archive section of the Files pane


To unarchive a file:

  • Click on the File icon at the top right corner of the Traffic Cloud to expand the Files pane
  • Select the the type of file you are looking for
  • Open the Archive
  • Locate the file you want to unarchive
  • Click the More Actions icon
  • Select Unarchive
  • Click the back arrow to view the restored file
